Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Daylesford Academy, a thriving Alternative Provision Multi-Academy Trust. The successful candidate will have a clear, consistent, and relational approach to working with high-tariff and vulnerable students, with a passion for pupil progress and high expectations for raising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the teaching team to provide individualized support to students
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Person Specification
• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Proven experience working with students of varying abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
