SEN Learning Support Worker Opportunity

About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our SEN team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with varying learning needs. Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, assisting with lessons, and collaborating with teachers to develop tailored strategies for each child.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with complex learning needs
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and developing student plans
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments
- Help students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
- Monitor and report on student progress to ensure effective intervention
Requirements
- At least 6 months' experience working with children with SEN
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Right to work in the UK
