Educational Support Worker for Students with SEN

Axcis Education is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Educational Support Worker to join their team in Hanworth, Middlesex. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Learning Difficulties (SLD) and other special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities- Support students with SLD and other SEN in accessing the curriculum, developing their educational, social, and life skills.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and SENCO to implement and support individual education plans (IEPs).
- Develop and maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment that promotes student well-being.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to relevant parties.
- Participate in relevant professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per year.
