Primary SEN Education Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for supporting teachers in the classroom, developing individual learning plans, and providing one-to-one support to students as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom
- Developing individual learning plans
- Providing one-to-one support to students
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Education or related field (desired)
