Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

Location: Shirley

Salary Range: £20,900 - £21,500 per annum

This is a full-time position, working '8am to 4pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm (dependent upon Unit)' Monday to Friday, term time plus 4 weeks.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about having a positive impact in the lives of young people. In partnership with a child-focused, specialist school on the borders, you will work together to create a supportive learning environment.

About the Role:

  1. Create a supportive learning environment for students with special educational needs.
  2. Assist teaching staff in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  3. Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
