About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Signet Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving commercial objectives in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow sales in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network, providing training and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving commercial targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
