Farmina UK is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in the UK South territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within your assigned territory, focusing on veterinary channel clients and specialized pet stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet store owners/managers.
  • Provide product education and support to veterinary staff and pet store employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about Farmina products.
  • Actively market Farmina product ranges and exclusive consultancy services targeted at veterinarians and pet parents.
  • Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet stores to promote Farmina products and identify sales opportunities.
  • Grow the footprint of Farmina clinics & specialized pet stores in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the needs of veterinary channel clients and pet stores within the territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory and provide feedback to management.
  • Represent Farmina at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in animal health sales or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in Animal health sales or retail trade sales is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets within a territory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
