We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Peterlee and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping and housework.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, lifeWorks benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme (£500 per successful referral), and cycle to work scheme.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You'll also require good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
