We are offering a salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per year, pro rata, reflecting the level of expertise and experience needed for this position. If you have a strong background in urgent care and hold NMC or HCPC registration, we encourage you to apply.
About the Job- Care Delivery Excellence: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, prioritising patients effectively, and communicating clearly with patients, carers, and healthcare providers, following established protocols and pathways.
- Leadership and Teamwork: As a Band 7 healthcare professional, you will lead by example, inspiring your colleagues to achieve excellence in urgent care. Collaborative working with the team is essential to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Resource Stewardship: Efficient use of resources within the Urgent Treatment Centre is vital. You will work closely with the team to optimise resource allocation.
- NMC or HCPC registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with at least three years of post-registration experience.
- Paediatric clinical skills.
- Non-Medical Prescribing qualification or commitment to undertake it.
