Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA M&A Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our corporate solutions group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing performance.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business performance.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices to drive business innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
