Head of Customer Experience and Engagement

The Head of Customer Experience and Engagement will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive loyalty strategy that drives customer-centricity across Europe. This involves leading a team of experts in loyalty and CRM, leveraging data insights to create seamless omnichannel experiences while maximising programme effectiveness.
Omnichannel Loyalty StrategyThis role requires strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable stories for diverse audiences. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of European customer behaviour, omnichannel marketing principles, and CRM best practices, considering regional variations.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing an omnichannel loyalty strategy, ensuring programme alignment with business objectives and regional nuances, and integrating the loyalty programme into the omnichannel customer journey to drive awareness of The RedTab Program. The ideal candidate will also track and analyse programme performance across different channels and identify opportunities to optimise the omnichannel experience.
In addition, this role involves partnering with marketing and digital product teams to seamlessly integrate the loyalty programme into the omnichannel customer journey, driving awareness of The RedTab Program. The successful candidate will also oversee the implementation and optimisation of the CRM Platform in Europe, ensuring it integrates loyalty programme data, newsletter sign-ups, and targets consumers with the right messaging at the right time.
