About the Role

This Clinical Therapist position is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference in patient outcomes.


You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and intervention services in hospital emergency departments and medical admissions units.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to facilitate home care and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
  2. Promote timely discharges and reduce lengths of stay through early initiation of therapy interventions.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Experience working in acute settings and knowledge of Welsh desirable.
