Leaders in Care: Intake Team Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate social worker to join our fast-paced Intake Team, supporting families during initial referrals to Children and Young People Services.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and section 47 enquiries
- Identify necessary support for families and transfer them to family support teams for longer-term interventions
- Issue court proceedings when required
- Competitive Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid Working: Balance admin duties at home with on-site visits as needed
- Manageable Workloads: Maximum of 20–22 children per worker (fewer for complex cases)
