We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Support Services Coordinator to provide exceptional care to individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, or challenging behavior. As a Support Worker, you'll form strong relationships with service users and contribute to creating a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this fulfilling role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Facilitating activities and outings that cater to individual interests and needs.
  • Coordinating schedules and appointments to ensure smooth care delivery.
  • Providing personal support and encouraging independence in daily tasks.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Documenting incidents, daily notes, and finance records accurately.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with service users.
  • A solid understanding of mental health, learning disabilities, or challenging behavior.
  • Strong basic comprehension of English language, including reading and numeracy skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • SCW registration and QCF level 2 certification.

Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, based on experience, plus an array of benefits, including annual leave, industry-leading training, employee support program, retail discounts, 'Recognise Me' recognition platform, free parking, and more. Overtime and referral incentives are also available.
