Finance Change Specialist

About the role:

  • Manage finance change activities and deliver new systems into the financial control environment.
  • Work with the finance value stream to ensure finance requirements are understood and the solution is fit for purpose.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality.
  • Support business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
  • Support BAU as the new systems embed.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Financial Control Framework.
  • Knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder/relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt current skills and experience to new areas.

What you'll get:

  • Salary Circa £30,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications dependant)
  • Bonus opportunity of 8% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
