We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to join Keeler Recruitment Ltd in Norwich.

This is a comprehensive role offering the opportunity to be involved in both day-to-day accounting and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a broad accounting role, with skills in cash flow forecasting and VAT returns.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly financial reporting, including preparation of Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Track key performance indicators and prepare relevant financial reports for management.
  • Develop cash flow forecasts to help ensure financial stability.
  • Act as the primary contact for external audits, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes.
  • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with an outsourced provider.
  • Reconcile revenue and ensure accurate financial records.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a broad accounting role.
  • Skills in cash flow forecasting and VAT returns.
Estimated Salary

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
