Job Overview

We are recruiting a Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient administration of employee benefits schemes, including Auto-Enrolment assessments and pension contributions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and scheme details.

Communicate effectively with employees and internal stakeholders, providing high-quality service and support.

Requirements

Certificate in Financial Services or working towards qualification (Desirable)

Grade A-C or 4-9 including English and Maths

Previous experience in Financial Services (Desirable)

Essential Skills

Strong IT skills, MS Office Word and Excel

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Good numeracy skills with close attention to detail

Able to demonstrate an adaptable/flexible approach to work within a changing environment

Ability to work within a team environment

Inter-personal skills, both written and verbal

Experience of using Intelligent Office (IO)
