The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, providing individualized patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop effective patient care plans.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £16.75, which reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  2. Administer medications as prescribed by medical professionals
  3. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant (minimum 6 months)
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Medication Administration skills
  • Valid right to work in the UK (Sponsorship not provided)
  • Proof of vaccinations/immunity
  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service
  • Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
  • 2 x Clinical References
