Care Assistant for Dementia Patients

Creative Support is committed to providing top-notch care to older adults in residential settings. As a Relief Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our service users.
About the RoleThis position requires a caring and patient individual who can provide emotional support, manage daily tasks, and promote social engagement among residents with dementia.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary requirements and preferences
- Encourage participation in leisure activities and community events
Successful candidates must have prior experience working with vulnerable adults, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Degree or equivalent in Health and Social Care, or related field
- Proven track record of supporting individuals with dementia
- Part-time, flexible hours to accommodate shifts and days off
