About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to work in Barrow, Cumbria. Our organisation provides support to adults with learning disabilities living at our supported living service.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide personalised care and assistance to ensure the highest quality of life for our service users. As a Care Coordinator, you will promote positive behaviour support and encourage independence in service users.

Our competitive salary is £22,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on your experience.
