About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Capital Projects Administrator to join our Estates and Capital Projects team at Leeds City College. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Group Director of Capital Projects and Team Leader, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of reports and spreadsheets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Carry out office tasks such as word-processing, filing, photocopying, and diary management.
- Minute/note taking of various meetings, ensuring timely production and distribution.
- Provide administrative support to the Group Director of Capital Projects and Team Leader, as required.
About You
- You will have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths, with excellent IT skills in using Microsoft Office packages and Google applications.
- Previous administrative experience is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, with people at all levels in the Group.
- You must be able to manage your own time to meet deadlines set.
- A knowledge or interest in construction practices is desirable.
