We are seeking a skilled Capital Projects Administrator to join our team at Leeds City College. As a key member of our Estates and Capital Projects team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, preparing reports and spreadsheets, and carrying out various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, including word-processing, filing, and diary management
- Work closely with the Group Director of Capital Projects and Team leader to prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Minute/note taking of various different meetings and ensuring they are produced in a timely manner
About You
- Level 2 qualification in English & Maths
- Excellent IT Skills in using Microsoft Office packages and Google applications
- Previous administrative experience
- The ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, with people at all levels in the Group
- Must be able to manage own time to meet deadlines set
