Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, including word-processing, filing, and diary management
  • Work closely with the Group Director of Capital Projects and Team leader to prepare reports and spreadsheets
  • Minute/note taking of various different meetings and ensuring they are produced in a timely manner

About You

  • Level 2 qualification in English & Maths
  • Excellent IT Skills in using Microsoft Office packages and Google applications
  • Previous administrative experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively verbally and written, with people at all levels in the Group
  • Must be able to manage own time to meet deadlines set
