Enterprise Client Engagement Lead

We are looking for a motivated and strategic leader who thrives in a client-centric environment, enjoys building and managing teams, and is committed to excellence in client engagement and satisfaction. As Head of UK Client Engagement, you will be responsible for leading our UK engagement team, supporting enterprise and commercial clients.
You will own accountability for client satisfaction and growth across enterprise and commercial accounts. You will develop and oversee account roadmaps and future-oriented strategies, aligning with client goals and mutual growth.
In addition to your experience and skills, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with senior-level client stakeholders and champion customer satisfaction metrics (CSATs). You will also be responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness through KPI management, process optimization, and best practices within the engagement team.
