At Aptitude Software, our Client Success Team plays a pivotal role in driving successful engagements with enterprise clients in the banking, finance, and subscriptions markets.

As the Director of Client Success, you will lead strategic management efforts for our key clients, influencing value creation and delivery activities at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish Strategic Relationships: Develop deep, trusting relationships with C-level stakeholders to showcase ROI on our solutions.
  2. Identify Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with clients to identify areas for growth and ensure positive experiences for both parties.
  3. Primary Client Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact between client executives and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Joint Success Planning: Work with clients to develop and implement joint success plans that drive revenue retention and growth.
  5. Revenue Growth and Retention: Drive revenue growth within the client base by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  6. Team Mentorship and Guidance: Collaborate with Senior CSMs to mentor and provide guidance on effective CS strategies.
  7. Trusted Advisor and Subject Matter Expert: Be the clients' trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive success.
Requirements:

Ideally, you will have

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior client-facing role within a SaaS organization
  • Preferably, previous experience within the financial technology sector
  • Demonstrable success in delivering against value-oriented objectives for enterprise clients
  • Demonstrable success in ensuring commercial profitability and driving growth of enterprise clients
  • Best-in-class communication and relationship management skills
  • A customer-centric attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams
