Strategic Account Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Symend. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our largest and most complex client relationships, providing strategic guidance and expertise to drive client success and revenue growth.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, delivery, and product teams, to develop and execute comprehensive joint account plans that align with both client and business objectives. Your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively will be key in driving client satisfaction and achieving business results.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
About You- 7+ years of client-facing management experience delivering SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Proven experience building trusted relationships at all levels, with both clients and internal cross-functional teams
