Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business growth strategies to drive revenue targets and expand our market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry and drive business innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably within the security services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset to drive business growth and expansion.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
