About the Role:

Xclusive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales function and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
