Reed Sales & Marketing is proud to represent a globally established manufacturing company with headquarters in Bradford. We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover various regions in the Southern UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributors and direct customers, providing sales, technical support, and onsite hands-on support. This will involve working with clients in light-duty and heavy-duty industries, including warehousing, parcel, food processing, beverage, mining, aggregate, agriculture, and wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any complaints promptly.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Ensure brand awareness meets company expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and market share.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  • Attend trade shows and events.
  • Work within the company's quality assurance and health and safety systems.
