Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to lead our cluster of children's homes in the Northamptonshire region. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of Registered Home Managers to deliver high-quality care and services
- Monitor and improve quality and performance of operational delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain customer and account management relationships to promote business opportunities
- Manage financial control of the cluster, including budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and implement operationally viable and cost-effective solutions to business development opportunities
- Take a lead role in mobilizing new and acquired children's homes within the cluster area
- Emergency on-call responsibility in line with a planned rota system
Requirements:
- Full working knowledge of children's homes regulations and quality standards
- Ability to meet the requirements for registration as a Responsible Individual
- Willingness to travel around the Midlands area
- Experience leading a residential service to Ofsted 'Outstanding' outcome
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Experience as an Operations Manager
