About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Keepmoat Homes. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Executives in the North Midlands region, driving sales growth and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Marketing team to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a track record of delivering sales growth and targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies
  • Passion for the housebuilding industry and the Keepmoat Homes brand
