Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including property valuations, client interactions, and sales transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the real estate industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Skillset: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
