Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to vendors to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Arrange appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors to facilitate the sales process.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Generate and book in property valuations for the valuer to ensure accurate property valuations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong customer service skills with a client-focused approach to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate records and compliance.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage, but not essential.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
