Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
  • Produce job cards on in-house computer systems
  • Update customers and vehicle records
  • Prepare and complete invoices
  • Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Requirements:
  • Working experience within a Service Advisor role
  • Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
  • Customer-focused and an excellent communicator
  • Familiarity with using motor dealership database software
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £24,500 with an OTE of circa £38,000, making this a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to take their career to the next level.
