Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Multi Skilled Operatives (MSOs) in ensuring vehicles are properly located and movements align with company procedures.
  • Guide and assist MSOs in conducting thorough checks to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
  • Ensure MSOs adhere to health and safety standards throughout the site.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and first line of support for the team.
  • Direct, support, and motivate the team to enhance performance.
  • Assist with operational requirements as defined by the shift supervisor.
About the Role

This role operates outdoors in a large automotive compound facility, with associated duties conducted in varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be confident in their driving and have experience with automatic and manual vehicles.

Requirements
  • Must be over 25 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
  • No DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
  • Ability to work specified shift times.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader.
  • Knowledge and working experience within Automotive/Logistics/Distribution operations.
