Job Title: Team Leader

RMS is collaborating with a prestigious automotive client to deliver exceptional vehicle services. We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our dedicated compound team.

About the Role:

The Team Leader will report to the Compound Manager and Shift Supervisor, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the site on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting Multi Skilled Operatives (MSOs) in ensuring vehicles are properly located and movements align with company procedures.
  • Guiding and assisting MSOs in conducting thorough checks to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
  • Ensuring MSOs adhere to health and safety standards throughout the site.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and first line of support for the team.
  • Directing, supporting, and motivating the team to enhance performance.
  • Assisting with operational requirements, including evaluating workflows and optimizing staff utilization to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful, candidates must:

  • Be over 25 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
  • Have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
  • Be able to work the specified shift times.
  • Have previous experience as a Team Leader.
  • Have knowledge and working experience within Automotive/Logistics/Distribution operations.
