RMS is collaborating with a prestigious automotive client to deliver exceptional vehicle services. We are seeking a skilled team leader to join our dedicated compound team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site. This involves providing guidance, training, and support to our multi-skilled operatives, ensuring vehicles are properly located and movements align with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support MSOs in ensuring vehicles meet quality standards.
  2. Guide and assist MSOs in conducting thorough checks.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for your team.
  4. Direct, support, and motivate the team to enhance performance.
  5. Assist with operational requirements, including evaluating workflows and optimizing staff utilization.

About You:

  1. You must be over 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
  2. You must be able to work the specified shift times.
  3. The ideal candidate will be confident in their driving and have experience with automatic and manual vehicles.
  4. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and working experience within Automotive/Logistics/Distribution operations.
  5. The ideal candidate will have experience with computer systems and data recording.
