At Spring, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Resource Allocation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of projects through the business.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to input resource bookings into our scheduling tool, liaise daily with individual creatives to understand their workload and capacity, and proactively update and communicate changes in work requested or allocation of briefs as needed.

You'll also facilitate timesheet compliance, reminding team members to complete their timesheets accurately and on time, and run the creative services inbox, answering queries and escalating if necessary.

An added responsibility will be managing freelance hires, handling paperwork accordingly, and ensuring processes are followed.

To excel in this role, you should be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage start and end dates appropriately with HR and IT.
  • Be the main point of contact for freelance booking and invoice queries.
  • Support finding new freelancers and expanding the freelance roster as needed.
  • Have a flexible and committed approach.
  • Complete timesheets at a minimum of once a week.
