Job Overview

This role is crucial to the success of our Delivery team, ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and commercially. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with leadership, sales, talent acquisition, and the People Team to drive operational excellence.

About the Role

The purpose of this position is to support the management of our Delivery team consultants, focusing on resource planning and allocation. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop effective resource strategies.

This includes collaborating with Senior Delivery Consultants and Sales teams to shape resource forecasts, contributing to resource meetings to discuss project impacts, and proactively reviewing opportunity pipelines to identify upcoming demand.

You will also work closely with the Delivery Resourcing Manager to understand and communicate the financial, client relationship, and risk implications of resource allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support resourcing decisions on current and future projects, working closely with the Delivery Resourcing Manager and other team members.
  • Work with Senior Delivery Consultants and Sales teams to develop resource forecasts and optimize resource allocation.
  • Contribute to resource meetings to discuss project impacts and facilitate risk/issue mitigation.
  • Proactively review opportunity pipelines to identify upcoming demand and ensure effective resource planning.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Resourcing Manager to communicate the financial, client relationship, and risk implications of resource allocation decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative tasks, such as maintaining our resourcing management software (Float).
Requirements

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
