Job Title: Prisoner Escort Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in managing large-scale logistics and scheduling plans in a large geographical area? Do you have a proven track record of delivering outstanding stakeholder engagement and managing diverse teams under pressure?

We are seeking a highly organized and resilient individual to join our Operational Control Centre Team as a Prisoner Escort Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end operational management within the South of England regions, including stakeholder management, adherence to SOPs/LOPs, legal and contractual compliance, welfare, and Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line management to a team of OCC Controllers, operationally covering 24/7 on a rota basis
  • Contribute to the organizational goals consistently through supporting the business operationally
  • Work closely with the internal operational team and the customer contract
