Support Practitioner Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Coatbridge.

As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives. This includes providing support with medication, finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be confident in using computers. Benefits include a generous annual leave package, TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts, 45p per mile fuel allowance, and continuous in-house training opportunities. Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum.
