**Role Overview:**

Turing Point Scotland is a leading provider of social care services to individuals with diverse needs. We are currently seeking a Practitioner to join our team in South Ayrshire, where you will provide person-centred support to adults with various requirements.

As a Practitioner, your role will involve working with individuals to help them achieve their personal goals and outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives. This may include supporting them to access local resources, build skills, maintain friendships, and find employment opportunities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred support to adults with diverse needs
  • Help individuals to access local resources, build skills, and find employment opportunities
  • Work closely with the individual, their family, friends, healthcare professionals, advocacy services, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure that support is tailored to the individual's unique needs

**Salary and Benefits Package:**

The estimated salary for this role is £24,514 per annum, depending on experience. Turing Point Scotland offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 35 days' annual leave, pension scheme, and wide-ranging family-friendly policies.
