Recruitment Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and business development background, with excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of success in winning clients and reaching targets. You will be responsible for building up your own client base through business development calls and client meetings, sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates, and developing your personal online brand.
As a Sales and Account Management Professional, you will work to achieve targets and enjoy a competitive base salary with opportunities for incentive pay, including commission, bonuses, and rewards. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
