Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at The Recruitment Group Careers. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our clients to maximise customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop engaging relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to create tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

You will also be responsible for developing tools and strategies to help our clients recognise the value they are getting from our services. This may involve creating training programs, workshops, or other resources to educate clients on how to get the most out of our services.

Additionally, you will be required to manage supplier escalations effectively, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction. You will also be responsible for creating and managing budgets for client accounts, as well as maintaining action plans and delivering regular reports to senior managers.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have strong organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £52,500 - £62,500 per annum, depending on experience.
