**Job Overview:**

The Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
