The Role:

We're seeking a skilled Recovery Worker to join our team in Newham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting service users throughout their treatment journey, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Conducting assessments and developing personalized recovery plans, tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Advocating for access to partnership services, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborating with individuals to facilitate social integration and recovery, promoting a holistic approach to well-being.

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid understanding of substance misuse issues, with a passion for making a meaningful difference.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Knowledge of mental health interventions and services, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
