Women's Domestic Abuse Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Domestic Violence Advocate to join our team in a hospital setting. As a member of our team, you will provide critical support and advocacy to female victims of domestic abuse, working closely with hospital staff to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Duties- Provide training and expert advice to hospital staff on identifying and referring victims of domestic/sexual abuse.
- Liaise with community groups and agencies to ensure access to services and meaningful community engagement for service users.
- Support survivors to safely maintain their current accommodation, access welfare benefits, legal advice, alternative housing, and support services.
The successful candidate will have IDSVA qualification (desirable) and ability to undertake effective casework management and support planning. A salary of £27,711-£29,093 per annum is available for this role, depending on qualifications and experience.
