Senior CRM Lead

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior CRM Lead to join our team at Craft Gin Club, a leading spirit subscription business. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM and retention strategies to engage and retain our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM and retention strategies to drive key business results, from onboarding to driving member referrals and engagement
- Craft personalized, segmented campaigns to bring our customer value proposition to life and keep us top of mind
- Oversee key subscription metrics, including retention rates, churn rates, and AOV, to drive up LTV
- Lead A/B testing programmes to continually learn and optimize
- Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure strategic alignment and campaign implementation
- Own and manage our loyalty scheme, ensuring it's fully integrated into our retention strategy
About You
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in CRM and retention, advanced experience with marketing automation platforms, and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices. You'll be a strong communicator, confident in translating data insights into actionable strategies, and a resilient and creative problem-solver. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience line-managing or coaching colleagues, we'd love to hear from you.
