At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we're dedicated to advancing the field of clinical diagnostics and automation. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers with expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our cutting-edge equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build knowledge of our products, tools, and industry trends to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Partner with customers to maximize instrument usage and resolve technical issues.
  • Complete installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Support laboratory systems in the field of clinical diagnostics and automation.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned geography.
  • Willingness to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, and familiar with IT infrastructures.
