Rapid Cancer Diagnostic Service Opportunity

NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled GP to lead the development of a Rapid Cancer Diagnostic Service in Forth Valley. The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cancer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Rapid Cancer Diagnostic Service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients
  • Ensure the service meets the needs of the local population and is aligned with national cancer care strategies

Requirements:

  • Completed GP training
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
