Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Cancer Services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients with cancer, including medication management and therapy optimization.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Relevant post-graduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience.
- Sound clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comprehensive IT skills and experience with electronic health records.
